Tae Kwon Moo Do is a centuries old Martial Art. An unarmed fighting style developed bu
people in the ancient Orient who needed to protect themselves from their enemies.
The development and Refinement of Tae Kwon Moo Do centred in Korea. Translated from the
Korean,”Tae” means to kick or smash with the foot. “Kwon” denotes the fist – primarily to
punch or break with the empty hand. Moo means a martial art. “Do” indicates a method, an art,
a ‘way”.

This art has slowly taken shape until today as it employs the most advanced knowledge and
scientific techniques of modern physical education. Tae Kwon Moo Do fighting techniques
involving the skilled use of flying kicks, punches, blocks and evasive maneuvers, when
necessary, can rapidly and conclusively immobilize an assailant.

Tae Kwon Moo Do is a very dynamic and exciting tournament form. And includes mind control.
In Tae Kwon Moo Do, The “Do” or way is understood not only in it’s capacity for self-defence or
as a sport but for its development of character. The coordinated development of both body and
